Behind the Scenes of Mumbai's movie studio in Bolywood.
It's really big. I discovered that the different places that were seen in the Indian movies were actually filmed in the same place, only there had been a change of scenery. Indian stars are sometimes replaced by liners when it comes to producing a very complicated gesture, for example, stage fights.
The director who currently occupies the studio explained to me that, according to him, a good Indian director had 3 rules to make a good film, so it is necessary:
- a love story (usually tragic).
- typical Indian dances.
- special effects.
I laughed a lot because that's exactly what I like when I watch their movie. Professional actors and make-up artists also laughed.
Moreover, having witnessed the staging, I realized that the shooting of a film was not so simple. Some passages have sometimes been redone 5 times. Fortunately, all Indian actors are always in a good mood. I went into their lodges to ask for some advice and they were all very nice to me.
I will keep a very good memory of my visit to Mumbai's studio, in Bolywood, and I wish everybody to visit it.
